What size dumpsters do you offer?
We offer 8-yard, 15-yard, 20-yard, 25-yard, and Lowboy dumpsters. Our team can help you
choose the right size based on your project.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Standard rental periods apply at the time of booking. Additional rental days may be available for an extra daily fee.
Is payment required before delivery?
Yes. All dumpster rentals must be prepaid prior to delivery. By booking, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for any additional charges incurred.
What materials are NOT allowed in the dumpster?
The following items are not permitted unless prior authorization is provided: ● Dirt, rock, concrete, or tile (restricted in 15, 20, and 25-yard dumpsters) ● Hazardous waste
● Liquids, chemicals, paint or flammable materials
● Batteries, or appliances containing fluids
Placing prohibited items may result in additional fees or landfill penalties.
Do I need a permit?
Permits may be required if the dumpster is placed on a public street or right-of-way. The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits unless otherwise agreed.
Do you offer junk removal services?
Yes! We offer full-service junk removal where our team does all the loading for you. Pricing depends on volume, material type, and weight.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. All additional charges will be applied to the payment method on file.
Are there weight limits?
Yes. Each dumpster includes a weight allowance. Additional weight will be charged at $80 per ton or $20 per quarter-ton, plus any applicable landfill fees or fines.
What happens if I overload the dumpster?
Dumpsters must be loaded evenly and not above the top edge.
If a dumpster is overloaded, it will remain on site until excess material is removed and a $250 overload violation fee will apply, in addition to overweight charges.
What is mixed debris?
Mixed debris refers to different material types combined together (such as trash mixed with concrete, dirt, or construction debris) when separation is required.
Mixed debris is strictly prohibited in an 8-yard dumpster.
